You must log into your AOL account with the primary screen name you created to activate the AOL account. Look for the my account information page and edit the info once you are logged in. It will not show up unless you use the primary screen name. UPDATE: Do you even see an option to recover your password ? AOL loves using JAVA for their pages so maybe you are missing a Java plugin that allows you to load up their system. Q. My friend emailed me a really funny picture on my aol email account and i did not save the picture. Everytime i wanted to see it i just went into my email to see it. Now when i try to look at it it just shows a blank square with an x and then it says something about AOL Pictures was shut down permanently.
