How to block the users browsing by using TCP/IP ? Is there any software available?
Q. I want to restrict some sites which at present they are browsing. without disturbing our mails already configures in Outlook/Eudora which they should be able to receive. So pl let me know as is there any software available for this?

A. You'll probably want some sort of "smart" proxy-server, you can't simply block port 80 (because other websites may use other ports) and/or it's easy to tunnel around. Squid should do what you ask Note that it's still pretty easy for anyone with half a brain to set-up a tunnel to still use the internet :). Especially if you're leaving the mail ports open.

A. They can only see the websites your visiting by looking at the browsing history on your lap top. Click tools and clear browsing history each time you close the browser.
