The bottles are supposed to contain 300 ml. In fact, the contents vary according to a normal distribution with a mean =298 ml and a standard deviation = 3 ml. What is the distribution of the mean content of a random sample of 100 bottles? Asked by Sada - Wed May 6 19:10:17 2009 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. simple Dm = SD / sqrt n (n is # of sample, which is bottles ---> 100) so, 3ml / 10 distrbution is .3 ml makes sense since the larger the sample size, the smaller the distribution. I am currently running my Windows 2000 Professional SP4, and is wondering how to preserve the content and configuration of my Windows 2000 Operating System and any other Windows Operating System? All contributions are welcomed. For accuracy, I would like all contributors to state the sources of where they obtained their information. But if you want to make a backup, just use Microsoft Backup. Q. Our company is working on a few buildings installing exterior clad granite. One of our stones has a higher iron content than the other yet it has begun to rust, while the other has not at all. I have also seen this just in different parts of a quarry. What else would lead to this. I have a BS in Biology so I understand chemical reactions and have a basis for this, but cannot answer it fully. Asked by Mr. H - Tue Apr 1 18:01:10 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. Rust requires oxygen. The stone with the higher iron content probably has a density that prevents oxygen from getting free access. If the density is not the culprit, the granularity might be. In the low iron content stone, maybe the iron is in smaller molecular clusters, allowing the oxygen to have more access.
