How can I fix my firewall/cookie settings so Limewire will work?
Q. I just installed Mozilla Firefox and now it's telling me to check my firewall settings to let Limewire through but I did check it and everything's alright and it isn't blocked and I can't do anything because that message keeps popping up. Help me please.

A. Windows XP 1. Completely shut down LimeWire by right-clicking the system tray icon located in the bottom-right corner of the screen. (You may need to expand the system tray by clicking the left arrow button). 2. Uninstall all previous installations of LimeWire from Add/Remove programs by going to: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs 3. Delete all LimeWire icons and installers from your computer (you may find some on your desktop). 4. Right-click the Start menu, then select Explore. Using the folder tree on the left side, navigate to the following directories, and delete them (you can right-click the folder and select Delete): Before deleting these folders, go to Tools > Folder Options >Advanced, then… [cont.]
